Canvas Paint Party

Service Description

Book a fun and engaging paint party with us at ConnectEd & Inspired! Choose from a virtual event or in-studio party. Our studio can comfortably seat up to 40+ guests and is appropriate for children 5+ through adulthood! With 400+ paint options to choose from there's something for everyone or choose something of interest and we will design a customized canvas for your party (additional fee). Standard Paint Party Package for children is $350 and includes: - Up to (10) children; a fee of $30/child beyond (10) with a maximum of (24) children per party (adjustments to space can be made for larger parties) - Two-hour party which includes 1 ½ hours of instruction and ½ hour for refreshments, cake, etc. provided by the party host. -All parties include the art supplies you need for your project, an instructor, napkins, paper plates, paper cups, and party tablecloths. -Water and lemonade will be provided for the event. The studio will not provide any additional food or drink. Please feel free to bring cake, pizza, etc. Party host can arrive 15 minutes before the party to decorate and set up food. We provide a table/space for you to set up. -Hot Cocoa Bar may be added to the standard party package for $5 per person -We ask that you please confirm the number of participants with us (7) days before the event. -Children’s parties can be drop-off events for any guests ages 5+. If any parent wishes to stay, they are welcome to sit in the waiting area of the studio. Parents, friends, and family of the birthday child are welcome to join in the party room -Due to other classes, parties, events, etc. children’s parties are limited to two hours. We ask that you kindly bring all children’s gifts home to unwrap so that we can maintain this time allotment. Standard Paint Party Package for adult parties are $400 and include: - Up to (10) adults; a fee of $40/adult beyond (10) with a maximum of 50 per party - 2 1/2 hour party which includes approximately 1 hour 45 minutes of instruction and 45 minutes for refreshments provided by the party host. -Hot Cocoa Bar may be added to the standard party package for $5 per person - For adult parties, a link may be established and invitation created and shared with you to send out to your guests. They may use the link to register and pay for themselves if you wish. - You are welcome to bring your own non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, etc. We will provide a table for you to setup. You may arrive (15) minutes before your party to setup.
