At ConnectEd & Inspired, we love capturing the creativity, joy, and special moments that happen in our studio! 🎨✨ By consenting to our media release policy, you grant ConnectEd & Inspired, LLC permission to photograph and/or video participants during classes, events, and activities. These images and recordings may be used for lawful purposes including, but not limited to, social media, website content, marketing, advertising, and promotional materials (both digital and print). You understand that these materials may be used without compensation and may appear across various platforms. This consent will remain in effect unless revoked in writing. 💛 Your comfort always comes first. Participation is completely optional. You may opt out during registration or at any time by contacting us, and we will gladly honor your request moving forward. We are committed to using all images respectfully and appropriately while celebrating the amazing experiences happening in our studio.

We understand that plans can change, and we will always do our best to be flexible while also honoring the time, materials, and preparation that go into each class and event. 💛 • Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled class or event are eligible for a full refund. Some exclusions may apply. • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will receive a studio credit that can be used toward a future class, workshop, or event. 🎨 • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event, or failure to attend, are not eligible for a refund or studio credit. • Some classes and workshops may be transferred to a friend or family member. Please contact us directly prior to transferring any ticket so we can assist with the process and help prevent unauthorized or fraudulent transfers. ✨ • To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. The earlier you reach out, the more options we are able to offer. We appreciate your understanding, as each class is thoughtfully prepared to create a meaningful and creative experience for every participant. 😊

Payments can be made online via website, by phone, or in person. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), ConnectEd & Inspired gift cards, Apple Pay, check, or cash payments.

We provide age recommendations for most activities to help you gauge the required experience, attention, and skill. Adult-only classes are for ages 14+ unless stated otherwise. Other classes welcome various ages. If you're unsure about an activity's suitability, contact us! Drop-off events require children to be 5+. Family events are open to all ages!

Children under the age of five must be accompanied by an adult. A seating area is available for adults who stay for the duration of the activity. Children under the age of 5 are not permitted to participate in activities that require drop off (Kids Night Out, etc.) Drop off options are available for all children over the age of five years. For each child dropped off, the emergency contact information form will be required online at the time of signup.

We offer a variety of family events each season with the intention of offering something “different” that families can do as a free or low-cost option for a night out together. During these events, at least one adult is expected to accompany their children and participate in the events. Unless otherwise specified, registration for each event is required so that we may properly prepare our venue and resources to ensure everyone can participate. If anyone in your family has a restriction or requires a special accommodation, please contact us at the time of sign-up.

DIY open studio allows guests to use our space as their art studio. Choose from a wide assortment of projects inlcuding: mosaics, canvas paint, paint your own pottery, or seasonal items and pay per piece. All materials and studio time are included in the cost of the project, no hidden fees. Paint your own pottery piece costs are inclusive of glaze, studio time, and kiln firing. Our artists and studio staff are here to guide you and assist you in completing a project to your vision. Open studio is appropriate for guests of all ages (we can even create masterpieces using the hands and feet of an infant), Great way to create and capture memories that will last a lifetime! What types of gift cards do you offer? We currently have two types of gift cards: • Paper Gift Certificates – purchased online • Plastic Gift Cards – purchased in-studio How do I use a gift card to register for a class or event? You have two options: ✨ Option 1: In-Studio We can apply your gift card and complete registration in person before or after your visit. 💻 Option 2: Online (Easy & Convenient!) Send us your information, and we’ll take care of everything for you—including registration and invoicing. What information do I need to provide for online registration? 1. Gift Card Details • Paper certificate → include the order number (found at the top) • Plastic gift card → include the number on the back of the card 2. Participant Information • Name • Age • Emergency contact phone number • Any allergies (please describe) 3. Photo Permission • Do you allow us to use photos taken during class (which may include your child) for social media and community sharing? What happens after I send my information? Once we receive your details: ✅ We’ll apply your gift card ✅ Register your participant ✅ Send you an invoice (if there is any remaining balance) ✅ Email your confirmation and ticket Can I use my gift card for any class or event or open studio? Yes! 🎨 Gift cards can be used toward most classes, workshops, summer art experiences, open studio, and events (including favorites like Sweet Treats 🍪🧁), unless otherwise noted.
