Main Street, Milford, MA 01757 Calling all nature lovers, bird watchers, and fairy garden designers! 🌸✨ This week is all about creativity inspired by the outdoors. Campers will design, build, sculpt, and decorate beautiful garden-themed projects while learning about eco-friendly crafting and natural materials. It’s hands-on, imaginative fun with a sprinkle of woodland magic! 🧚‍♀️🍃 🗓 Weekly Creative Line-Up: 🐦 Monday – Wooden Birdhouse & Recycled Feeder Campers will decorate a wooden birdhouse using paints and creative details. Then we’ll design a bird feeder using recycled materials, learning how art and sustainability can work together! 🌱 Tuesday – DIY Garden Stakes & Clay Succulent Holder Create custom garden stakes to brighten any flower bed or plant pot and also sculpt a clay succulent plant holder and learn carving techniques to add texture and design. (Clay projects will be kiln-fired and available for pickup within three weeks.) 🧚 Wednesday – Eco-Friendly Gnome & Fairy Garden Design and build a miniature fairy or gnome garden using natural and recycled elements. Campers will craft their own magical garden scene to take home! 🧩 Thursday – Mosaic Garden Decoration Using colorful tiles and creative patterns, campers will design a mosaic garden decoration perfect for adding sparkle to outdoor spaces. A beautiful, lasting piece to finish the week! ☀️ About Our Summer Program ☀️ Our summer programming provides youth ages 5–12 (Teen Programs available for ages 10–17) the opportunity to explore the Arts & Sciences in a safe, upbeat, and air-conditioned environment! ❄️🎨🔬 ✨ This year is ALL-NEW! We are offering dozens of brand-new projects and activities we have never offered before! 👩‍🎨 This is a drop-off program for children 5+. Step-by-step instruction ensures children learn to complete projects independently while building confidence and creativity! 🥨 Please send your child with a snack and water bottle (we have a refill station!). 📝 Once per week at drop-off, parents/guardians complete an emergency contact form. Friday Sessions 8-9AM Breathe in a new day with this dynamic and fluid Vinyasa based class. This class will wake you up with a powerful sequence using your breath to link physical yoga postures. Explore variations of Sun Salutations and asanas (postures) in a steady and happy flow with a strong focus on healthy alignment for all bodies. These classes are sequenced in a way to help increase flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, and allow you to tune into your body’s own rhythm. You’ll leave class feeling strong, balanced, focused, and energized. This class offers traditional designs and techniques perfect for fall! This class is excellent for those that have completed the beginner/intermediate cake decorating class or just starting! Each session will deliver cake decorating elements, including setting and frosting your cake, using piping tools, using a variety of tips to create buttercream flowers and decorations, working with fondant, and using other materials to create some amazing cakes! Participants will learn to use fondant to cover and accessorize their cakes, a pallet knife cake, and design flowers using various techniques. Participants can create an edible masterpiece each week using fondant and/or buttercream frosting. All decorating materials, including the cake, frosting, and fondant, will be provided during each lesson. Participants will take home their creations after each session. *Participants must bring their beginner cake decorating kit to each class. If you do not have a kit from the beginner class, the kit can be purchased at checkout for an additional $30 and includes 60+pcs. that will be used throughout the course and yours to keep at the conclusion. If you choose to purchase or bring your kit, please be sure to have the following items: flat scraper, spatula, cake knife or leveler, turntable, 50 piping bags, a set of piping tips which include rose, leaf, star, etc., flower nail, and a flower lifter. Course will be taught by a professional cake decorator. Additional sessions will be made available to continue learning advanced techniques in cake decorating as well as the use of various elements to enhance your masterpiece. Due to the nature of this activity, we cannot accommodate allergy requests. Our products do not contain peanuts or tree nuts but are baked in a facility that may process products containing nuts. We begin by painting a mini-house, some sticks, rocks, etc. We then begin building layers of our garden and design its layout.
