Friday Sessions 8-9AM Breathe in a new day with this dynamic and fluid Vinyasa based class. This class will wake you up with a powerful sequence using your breath to link physical yoga postures. Explore variations of Sun Salutations and asanas (postures) in a steady and happy flow with a strong focus on healthy alignment for all bodies. These classes are sequenced in a way to help increase flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, and allow you to tune into your body’s own rhythm. You’ll leave class feeling strong, balanced, focused, and energized. Book a fun and engaging paint party with us at ConnectEd & Inspired! Cookie or Cupcake decorating is a delicious way to celebrate with friends! Our professional dessert decorator will guide you step by step as you learn the techniques to turn your basic sugar cookie or plain cupcake into a masterpiece! We offer a variety of themes and can customize them based on your interests (for an additional fee). Our recipes are nut-free, however, the items we use to accessorize sometimes come from factories that also produce nut products. Please contact us in advance if you have special dietary requirements to determine if we can accommodate your party. Some of our most popular options include: furry friends cupcakes, Thanksgiving look-a-like cupcakes, Valentine Cookies, Springtime cookies, holiday cookie decorating, etc. Cookie or Cupcake Decorating Standard Party Package $375: - Up to (10) guests; a fee of $35/person beyond (10) with a maximum of (24) guests per party - space can be adjusted to accommodate larger parties. - Two-hour party which includes 1 ½ hours of party fun and ½ hour for refreshments, cake, etc. provided by the party host. -All parties include the art supplies you need for your project, kiln firing, an instructor, napkins, paper plates, paper cups, and party tablecloths. -Water and lemonade will be provided for the event.
