This class offers traditional designs and techniques perfect for fall! This class is excellent for those that have completed the beginner/intermediate cake decorating class or just starting! Each session will deliver cake decorating elements, including setting and frosting your cake, using piping tools, using a variety of tips to create buttercream flowers and decorations, working with fondant, and using other materials to create some amazing cakes! Participants will learn to use fondant to cover and accessorize their cakes, a pallet knife cake, and design flowers using various techniques. Participants can create an edible masterpiece each week using fondant and/or buttercream frosting. All decorating materials, including the cake, frosting, and fondant, will be provided during each lesson. Participants will take home their creations after each session. *Participants must bring their beginner cake decorating kit to each class. If you do not have a kit from the beginner class, the kit can be purchased at checkout for an additional $30 and includes 60+pcs. that will be used throughout the course and yours to keep at the conclusion. If you choose to purchase or bring your kit, please be sure to have the following items: flat scraper, spatula, cake knife or leveler, turntable, 50 piping bags, a set of piping tips which include rose, leaf, star, etc., flower nail, and a flower lifter. Course will be taught by a professional cake decorator. Additional sessions will be made available to continue learning advanced techniques in cake decorating as well as the use of various elements to enhance your masterpiece. Due to the nature of this activity, we cannot accommodate allergy requests. Our products do not contain peanuts or tree nuts but are baked in a facility that may process products containing nuts. The cakes pictured here are similar to what you will create during the class. Classes to be held on Monday's September 22nd, 29th, and October 6th from 6:30-8PM.

Join us for a homeschool art class every Wednesday from 12-1:30! Parents are welcome to drop off or utilize our wifi and hang-out in the studio! This group is open to youth ages 5-14 and includes a wide variety of art projects that focus on building skills using an assortment of materials (ex. wood, clay, canvas, mosaics, glass, etc.). Particpants will learn about popular artists and become familiar with and practice the techniques that made them so memorable! Join us for our Creative Opportunities art session! We are excited to host art classes for older teens and adults with special needs in an 8-week session! Join us for a super flexible, all-new lineup of activities and projects designed to teach and inspire those who want to explore arts & crafts activities while socializing in a small group. Although not required, we encourage caregivers to support participants throughout the session. With various materials and techniques, your family artist will build confidence and ability in this class. A new project each week builds upon the interests and abilities of each student. Together, we will explore elements of clay, canvas, fabric, paper, mixed media, and more through a wide range of activities! Classes are promoted through Creative Opportunities, a new local non-profit aiming to provide opportunities for employment, socialization, and connection for adults with special needs. Book a fun and engaging paint party with us at ConnectEd & Inspired! Choose from a virtual event or in-studio party. Our studio can comfortably seat up to 40+ guests and is appropriate for children 5+ through adulthood! With 400+ paint options to choose from there's something for everyone or choose something of interest and we will design a customized canvas for your party (additional fee). Standard Paint Party Package for children is $350 and includes: - Up to (10) children; a fee of $30/child beyond (10) with a maximum of (24) children per party (adjustments to space can be made for larger parties) - Two-hour party which includes 1 ½ hours of instruction and ½ hour for refreshments, cake, etc. provided by the party host. -All parties include the art supplies you need for your project, an instructor, napkins, paper plates, paper cups, and party tablecloths. -Water and lemonade will be provided for the event. The studio will not provide any additional food or drink. Please feel free to bring cake, pizza, etc. Party host can arrive 15 minutes before the party to decorate and set up food. We provide a table/space for you to set up. -Hot Cocoa Bar may be added to the standard party package for $5 per person -We ask that you please confirm the number of participants with us (7) days before the event. -Children’s parties can be drop-off events for any guests ages 5+. If any parent wishes to stay, they are welcome to sit in the waiting area of the studio. Parents, friends, and family of the birthday child are welcome to join in the party room -Due to other classes, parties, events, etc. children’s parties are limited to two hours. We ask that you kindly bring all children’s gifts home to unwrap so that we can maintain this time allotment. August 11th-14th This registration is for the 4-day only! This four-day workshop is a great introduction to working with clay through hand-building and pottery wheel techniques! At the conclusion of the week, participants will be invited back to glaze their creations during any open studio times within (60) days of the last class! Participants must be 8+ to join the class. Our summer clay programming provides an opportunity for youth ages 8-16 to explore the Arts and Sciences. Our goal is to provide a safe yet fun and upbeat summer session that reinforces and expands each attendee's knowledge and experiences! -We have an “all-new” summer program this year with dozens of new projects and activities that we have not offered to the public before! - This is a drop-off event for children 8+; children are provided with step-by-step instruction and assistance so they learn how to complete each part of the project with independence - Children are encouraged to bring a snack and water bottle; a water bottle refill station is available. - Our summer program will be held indoors in an air-conditioned space! Once per week, at drop-off, we ask that parents/guardians complete a drop-off form with emergency contact information. This form will be available on our website in FAQs for printing in advance if you wish. - Once a session is reserved, we cannot issue a refund. However, we are happy to help you identify any additional openings available for another date, transfer the registration to another child, or place you on a waitlist. - If friends are signing up together, please list them at the registration time so we can seat them together!
