Upton Memorial Parent's Night Out

Join the Upton Memorial PTO for a Winter-inspired Charcuterie Board Design event!  Join Chelsea as she teaches you the ins and outs of creating a beautifully delicious winter-themed charcuterie board! Want to learn the secret to making a salami rose or folding the perfect prosciutto ribbons? Love cheese? This class is for you! Each attendee will take a 10.5" snowflake charcuterie plate home to enjoy with family or friends (or eat in the car on the way home...nobody will know)!

Learn which wines pair well with the meats and cheeses, how to select the perfect cuts for your board, and finally, how to take photos of your board that will have your friends wondering where you bought it!

Enjoy a fun and relaxing evening of creating and designing a magnificent board for any occasion!  This board feeds 2-4 people.  Each ticket admits one guest and includes a reusable board, sweet and savory treats, meats and cheeses, a list of each item used in making the board so you can recreate it once home, step-by-step instructions and more!

Due to the nature of this event, we cannot accommodate indivual allergy requests.  The boards do contain dairy (cheese), gluten, and nuts (although packaged seperately in a sealed package).  You are welcome to design your board by including or omiting any of these items.  Please contact the studio directly if you have any questions.

A portion of each ticket sold will be returned to the organization to assist with PTO fundraising goals!
