About the event
Now this is going to be an exciting day! Â Please join us for some or all of the day as we exercise, eat, and party!
The journey begins at 10:30AM with a 45-minute slow flow yoga session with Dianne. Â This yoga session is great for all levels and many supports are available to ensure you stay comfortable throughout the activity! Â Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat if you have one (we have extras to share)!
Next, we will break for lunch - groups may choose to go out, bring a lunch, or eat in (maybe a potluck can be arranged)!
Finally, the afternoon (12:30-2:30) will kick off with a fun paint party led by Kathy! Â Folks will have the option to paint the wooden holiday barn and truck or canvas paint the "Charlie Brown" tree in an assortment of colors and backgrounds with Kathy!

This ticket admits one guest to join us for the slow flow yoga session from 10:30-11:15. Please bring a mat if you have one!
