Financial Planning for your Future: 5 Workshop Bundle

This five workshop series is intended to set aside time to think about and interact with various financial situations in an effort to create a pathway to financial freedom.  Each of the five workshops contributes to the overall financial knowledge of its participants.  

Week 1 - Simplify your spending and savings strategies presentation

- This workshop is intended to set aside time to think about budgeting including your expenses and income,establish systems and strategies for budgeting, focus on goal oriented savings, and building wealth.  During this workshop we will develop a goal board and work on a budgeting activity.Tip: Bring with you a list of monthly expenses and estimated payouts; if you do not have these items you will use hypothetical information to work through the activity, it is a good use of time and much more meaningful if you have the opportunity to bring these resources with you!

Week 2 - Preparing for the Unexpected

- This workshop is intended to set aside time to think about emergency savings and preparign for the future needs of your family.  During this session, we will take a preparedness quiz and explore various activities and scenarios that will help to prioritize our next steps in becoming financially secure.

Week 3 - Foundations of Investing

- This workshop is intended to set aside time to think about investment opportunities and building wealth.  You will leave with a better understanding of how the market works and how you can leverage this information for your financial benefit.  During this session you will explore the market through various activities and interactive games.

Week 4 - Retirement by Design

- This workshop is intended to set aside time to think about your financial goals leading to retirement.  Through this interactive workshop, you will establish a vision and set goals, plan for those goals and learn the power of compounding returns.  Through various scenario based activities and games, you will learn how to establish a sound plan for retirement.

Week 5 - College, Getting there from Here

- This workshop is intended to set aside time to think about how to achieve a financially responsible college experience.  Learn how to set a college savings goal, strategies to achieve it and the benefits of a 529 plan. Each participant will join in various activity based scenarios while exploring the strategies and benefits.

Each ticket admits up to TWO people to the workshop and includes ONE set of materials.  Each session allows opportunities for Q&A where you can receive feedback on specific scenarios, challenges, or areas of interest.  If you wish to receive an additional set of materials, please purchase an additional ticket.  You will save 50% by signing up for this 5 workshop bundle.  Each session includes light refreshments, handouts, activities, and getting started materials.
