Essential Oils 101: Lava Bead Bracelets

Have anxiety? Feeling stressed? Tired? Overwhelmed? 

Find out how essential oils diffused through a lava bracelet can effect the body in different ways. Create energy, ease stress, feel calmer and more serene.  This introductory workshop is suitable for adults and children 10+. Each participant will receive information on the basics of essential oils (how and when they provide benefit, results from various oils, how they are best used, and much more!) In addition, participants will each make a lava bracelet using a combination of lava beads, decorative beads, and charms.  Enjoy a conversation, gather some information, and feel free to bring a beverage to enjoy during the session!  

Workshop runs from 7:00-8:30 with additional time for questions and answers about essential oils following the workshop.  Cost is $20 per participant - children must be accompanied by an adult. Pre-registration is required.
