Advanced Charcuterie Design Workshop

For those of you who have taken a class with Chelsea before, or already have some basic knowledge about building a delicious charcuterie board we are here to challenge you again! In this class learn even more skills, tips, and tricks for creating an edible work of art on your very own wooden board to take home! We will focus on learning about cheese selection, cutting, and styling as well as planning out the placement of each ingredient so they all work effortlessly together in the end. Learn about sourcing your ingredients and Chelsea’s favorite places to shop locally. In the end, every student will leave with some new

knowledge, a beautifully delicious charcuterie board that feeds three, oh and did we mention the swag bag of tools and supplies to help you in styling all your future boards?!
