  • Sundown Slow Down Yoga (5) Week

Slow Flow Yoga Meets weekly on Thursdays from 7-8 PM for five weeks - May 19th through June 16th Relax, let go, and enjoy the slow flow! This nurturing class begins with a slow and intentional flow practice to move energy and open the body gently. Learn to combine breathing, flowing postures and meditation in this gentle, but deep approach to yoga. The slower pace of this class allows time to explore the postures while cultivating strength, flexibility, balance, and calm. Yoga poses are linked to breath to help reveal body awareness, inner strength and easeful opening. End class with an extended savasana to offer the utmost relaxation. Appropriate for all ages and abilities. Please bring your yoga mat with you to class (we will have a few available for purchase if you need one). About the instructor: Dianne Croteau MSN, RN, RYT-500 Dianne is a devoted teacher with a gentle spirit and kind heart who guides others to pursue their practice and find health, balance, and overall well-being through Yoga and Meditation. She has practiced and studied yoga and meditation throughout North and South America for over 20 years. Her style pulls from multiple yogic disciplines (Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, and Yin), and is both intuitive and steeped in the traditional aspects of yoga. Her classes focus on breath, movement, and the interconnection between mind, body, and spirit. Dianne encourages students to practice at a comfortable pace, in their own unique form within a welcoming, safe, and transformational environment.
